Are you the person in your college whom everyone calls when a prompt fails, an automation breaks or an AI project needs to be finished? AI5 Academy is inviting serious AI users—our AI5 Nerds—to apply for a work-from-home trainer internship.
What is the AI5 Trainer Internship?
This is a remote internship for college students who already use AI beyond basic prompting. Selected interns will assist AI5 trainers, prepare class material, test tools, support practice sessions, review beginner assignments and develop short demonstrations in their strongest subject area.
The position is work from home. Interns must have a reliable computer, stable internet, a quiet place for live sessions and enough weekly availability to complete assigned teaching and preparation work on time.
This is not a passive certificate internship. Selection and continuation will depend on practical work, communication, dependability and teaching ability. The exact assignment, schedule, term and commercial terms will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
We are not looking for students who only know AI tool names. We want builders who can show their work, explain their decisions and help another learner improve.
Who should apply?
You may apply if you are enrolled in a college or university program in India and can prove strong working ability in at least one AI area. Your degree title matters less than what you can build and explain.
Students from engineering, computer applications, data science, design, animation, video, marketing, management, commerce, media and other fields are welcome when their AI work is strong.
- You use AI tools regularly for real assignments or self-led projects
- You can explain a workflow step by step without reading from generated notes
- You check AI output for errors, weak reasoning, copyright, privacy and safety concerns
- You can communicate clearly in English; Hindi or another Indian language is a plus
- You accept feedback and can meet remote-work deadlines
Choose the AI skill track you want us to assess
Apply under one primary track and, if relevant, one secondary track. Do not select every track. We will assess the subjects and tools you claim to know.
- Generative AI and productivity: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM or Copilot
- AI agents and RAG: APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, vector databases, retrieval and evals
- AI automation: n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, CRM or WhatsApp workflows
- AI coding and app building: Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit or Lovable
- Machine Learning and data: Python, SQL, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Power BI or Tableau
- AI design and imaging: Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT Images, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma
- AI video and audio: Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro or related tools
- AI marketing and business: SEO, content systems, advertising, analytics, lead workflows, research or reporting
How we will assess your AI ability
Shortlisted applicants will move through a practical screening process. We may change the task according to the selected skill track, but the scoring areas will remain similar.
- Proof of work: two or three projects with links, screenshots, files, code or working demos
- Tool knowledge: why you selected each tool, where it fails and how you check its output
- Practical challenge: a short task based on your chosen track, completed within a stated time
- Teaching sample: a five-minute recorded explanation of one AI workflow for a beginner
- Live demo: a 15–20 minute online teaching round followed by questions
- Communication: clarity, structure, patience and the ability to explain an error
- Responsible use: privacy, source checking, copyright, bias, security and human review
What to send in your application email
Email your application to info@aitrainingacademy.co.in with the subject line: AI5 Trainer Intern – [Your Primary Skill Track] – [Your Name]. Incomplete applications may not enter the assessment round.
- Full name, mobile number, city and LinkedIn profile
- College, degree, year or semester and expected graduation year
- Primary and optional secondary AI skill track
- A tool matrix listing each tool and your level: working, strong or advanced
- Resume plus portfolio, GitHub, Behance, website, Drive folder or working project links
- Two or three project notes: the brief, your role, process, tools, checks and final result
- A link to your five-minute teaching video
- A one-page sample lesson plan for a 30-minute beginner class
- Your weekly availability, preferred teaching hours and earliest start date
- A 100-word note answering: Why do you want to teach AI at AI5 Academy?
What happens after you apply?
The AI5 academic team will review applications against the chosen skill track. Applicants with clear proof of work and a good teaching sample may receive a practical task. Those who pass can be invited for a technical discussion and live teaching demo.
Final selection does not depend only on how many tools you know. We will look at whether you can solve a task, check the result, explain the method and support learners without pretending to know what you do not know.
If this sounds like you, do not send a generic internship email. Show us what you have built and teach us one thing well.
